• Work with clients to develop Asset Registers and associated inventory listings.
• Work with clients to develop better warehouse inventory control systems and conduct appropriate Stockcounts on warehouse inventory. This area is particularly relevant where stock losses, for whatever reason, are being experienced. We audit the full process from order and receipt into your holding environment through to delivery to your customer.
• Stock Verification Service. Where a regular stocktake is not practical we have developed a unique service whereby we provide a specialist consultant to conduct a rolling g stocktake on your faster moving at risk inventory. We can also provide electronic solutions that can be managed by your own staff.
